Great location, very walkable and apartment was very clean. My only suggestion would be to put hooks in the bathroom for towels and hooks by the front door for coats.

The unit was clean, easy to access but pretty sparse in furnishing but all we needed for the 2 days we were there. Tatiana was very easy to communicate with.

I had stayed in this location before, but this trip was terrible. The television did not work, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, There was only 1 small plate and only 1 coffee mug , no spoons, very little other silverware . I spent over 90 minutes texting with the owner to try and resolve the tv issue, with no success We expected someone to come and deal with the issues the next day while we were out, but nothing was done at all . StillNo working tv, bad smell, no plates or mugs or proper spoons. The owner offeeed as compensation a no charge late check out, which was useless toUs and by no means compensated for the terrible stay . This location is perfect for us to visit our daughter, husband and our grandson. We will, however, never stay here again

Perfect for our needs visiting Stevens Institute, NYU, and The Cooper Union. A bit far from the trains, but manageable - and I knew this when booking and was prepared to uber to the station if necessary. Property was clean and management responsive.

Hoboken is a great location for a stay . There are so many coffee shops, restaurants, a lovely view of NYC, parks and riverside paths . This apartment is lovely and in a great location Very close to light rail and bus , 20 minutes or less into Manhattan !
