Our professionally decorated apartment has an unforgettable 180-degree ocean view; it is fully furnished and designed with your comfort in mind.
It has two double beds in the guest bedroom and king size bed in the master bedroom, all the beds have double pillow top mattresses and face the ocean. Beautiful ocean front living room with a 86"HD TV and wireless Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker and complete dining housewares as well as cooking utensils. Linens and towels are provided, and the apartment has its own washer and dryer.

This place is phenomenal!! It is fully stocked for the beach. A wonderful view! The owner checked on us periodically via text. He was extremely helpful and nice. It is walking distance to great food, liquor, grocery store and pier. Do not pass this place up. You won't be disappointed

Beach front is primo - Fantastic view, great location in upscale area. Condo is lovely and well stocked, rooms are comfortable. Host is super helpful and responsive. Overall was a great home base for our week in Miami!

Amazing views and great location

We had an amazing stay in this condo last week. The views are amazing and this location is close to so many shops and restaurants. We loved walking to coffee shops each morning. No need for a car, we just ubered to the mall or any resteraunt that was too far to walk too. The main downside was we got a lot of rain during our week. We will totally come back as the location and views are totally worth it. Al is by far the best host and so helpful and always available and we have been renting properties for 17 years now. His condo has literally everything you could need and we so appreciated all the little things. My kids love cozy blankets to curl up on the couch and watch movies at night and he had plenty. My kids are still talking about his soft bathroom towels, and so many of them! Thank you for all the little details that you put into this condo. You even have the basics to get started with laundry and cleaning, again not something that you get in most rentals, thank you! The building itself is starting to show its age along with the pool area and in our opinion is need of a refresh. However you cannot beat this location and beach access, views are worth it!

Great place to stay for a family vacation.

Al was very proactive in providing all information needed for checking into the condo and ensuring my family had a great time. The location here was great, as the condo was located right off the elevator. Also, the walk to the pool and beach was VERY short from the elevator. I stress this as we had our 2 year old daughter and my grandmother in law that has mobility issues. The short walking distance was perfect for both.

Beautiful Sunny Isles ocean front stay

This is a beautiful, well maintained property with an amazing ocean view. The condo is well supplied for an extended stay, spacious and welcoming. The pool and beach areas are great as well. Al is a terrific host, always available if needed. We are repeat guests and look forward to our next stay!

Holiday before cruise

We spent 8 nights in the condo before our cruise on the Icon of the Seas. We have no complaints everything was excellent and on a professional level. Perfect communication from the moment of booking, check in, to check out. Beautiful ocean views. There is a nice playground nearby. The host is very friendly and always fulfilled all our requests.

Defiantly an Ultimate Experience

We loved our stay. The whole property was amazing and the condo was five stars with breathtaking views and privacy. The valet parking that was included in the stay was an awesome perk being able to click a text link and the car was available in minutes anytime.

Fantastic place by the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo directly overlooking one of the best beaches in Florida! The owner/manager is one of the most hospitable and responsive we have ever dealt with, and the surrounding area is great, with many restaurants and grocery/convenience stores within a few minutes walk. But the beach is definitely the highlight, with large stretches of clean sand and great water for swimming.
