The home is beautifully decorated, located in a very safe neighborhood, with all the amenities you need for your comfort, air condition, laundry, pool, kitchen, living room, Wi-Fi, dining room, utensils, balconies, porch, remote control gates, plenty of parking and big back yard for entertaining. Property is capable of sleeping up to (9) nine. All bedrooms are en suites.

Excellent Stay

My family and I had a great stay, so much so that my daughter wants to return back soon. Ms. Joy and Mr. Levy was great hostess and host. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We haven complaints and would definitely recommend Pines vacation rentals as an excellent vacation destination

Absolutely wonderful

This was our first time in Jamaica. We really weren't sure what to expect, but it was amazing. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner, Noel, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and enjoyed ourselves...including cooking us homemade Jerk Chicken!! The driver, Walter, was equally fantastic!! He went above and beyond the "driving" part. He went into every place we visited to make sure we knew everything going on. He also drove us around some "local" places, that we would have probably never seen otherwise. The trip would not have been the same without him! We would recommend this place to anyone...actually we are sending out son & girlfriend back next year!!

Okay - but not quite what we expected...

Thought this was a house. Did not realize it was just the 3rd floor of the building - which was inconvenient. One bedroom had to be reached by walking outside, across the hall and into a locked room. We thought we had a cook for preparing breakfast each day but seemed as if the cook was not experienced. Overall it was not an awful stay - but certainly fell far short of our expectations.

Loved it!!

Great property in a great location. The home is gated with layers of security from inside out. There was more than enough space and it was very modern and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. We grilled out by the pool in the back and went out in to town with no problem. I would say it's very easy to learn your way to the house from the main roads. Joy offered to pick us up from the airport for free and even gave us a local phone to use while there. She was very polite and helpful. Grocery stores are close by and everything was pretty much accessible from the location of the home. Turns out the area was actually one of the wealthiest residential areas in Mobay. Thank you Noel and Joy for everything. Our stay in your beautiful home was amazing.

Home away from home

My family and I have stayed at this property several times. Every stay has been wonderful. The property is clean and maintained and has had several upgrades, including the master bathroom. Ms. Joy has been very hospitable in making sure out needs were met.

Great stay at this property

It was a pleasant experience for our first vacation in Jamaica and it was a great stay at this rental house in Montego bay. It was comfortable, safe, and beautiful. We had all agreed that the quite neighborhood had added value at the end of each day following excursions to places like Dunn’s water fall, seven miles beach, Doctor’s cave, Luminous lagoon, Rose hall, and Blue hole/Rick’s cliff jumping. Our driver was very helpful and he had provided a great guide to local markets and introductions of Jamaican national culture and food. Joy was always there to help and she is just wonderful. Again, thanks for all the services you have provided to this wonderful family vacation.

Home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed at the Pines Villa and I can't say enough kind things about this home. The home is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and Mr. Levy and Ms. Joy are wonderful and accommodating. We have found our home away from home and look forward to our next visit.

THE BEAUTIFUL PINES VILLA

My stay at Pines Villa was an awesome choice!!!!! Of all the places I've stayed in Jamaica this was definitely a winner!!!!! Ms Joy very helpful and went OUT OF HER WAY to make sure we were comfortable, Ms Beverly prepared two meals of our choice which was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! We felt catered to as well as comfortable......if your reading this review.....look no further, Pines Villa is the place to be.....FYI: RENT A CAR AND DRIVE YOURSELF AROUND!!!!!!!

I loved it!!!

This villa is a beautiful place to stay in Montego Bay!! In the process of booking the villa for a week stay, Mr. Noel was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had!! Walter the driver was always available when we need to make market stops, and Ms. Joy made sure we gave her our departure times to ensure our ride would be on time for our airport drop offs (and he always was on time)!! My overall stay was wonderful!! The house was clean, the pool was great, and the rooms was nice and spacious! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's is looking to stay in Montego Bay and want a place thats like home!!

Great place! Definitely a home away from home.

This house is really beautiful & in an upscale housing area of Montego Bay. Got it's own swimming pool, lounge chairs etc. Completely gated, very secure. Met the owner, Mr. Levy. Very nice gentleman and very helpful & accommodating. Also Joy, onsite caretaker. Very nice person also. This home is extra nice, plenty of space, nice furnishings, and satellite tv in every room. Really can't say enough about this property and the proprietors. You will not want to leave! Close to everything! Just all around excellent.

It was just a few problems ants I forgot to tell the ms. Joy 1 of the air conditioner stop working. The driver was so cool. Also Ms. Joy got me a cook for my birthday. I sure will return. Thank you thank you thank you. God bless.

50th Birthday Bash

We had a fabulous time in the mountain villa, The pool was very clean and inviting, The rooms are very large and have bathrooms in all rooms. The Driver was very nice and picked everyone up on time. He also took us to get some food at the local store. We will make a trip every other year, and stay in the Villa. Secured gated, lovely grounds. No complaints. It was Wonderful.

Great home and great people!

Overall we really enjoyed our one week stay at this Westgate Hills home. The home is conveniently located (close to town but not walkable), beautifully decorated, and Noel and his family are AWESOME. I asked a million questions and had to downsize my original reservation last minute but Noel never got angry or an attitude with me. Nothing I requested was ever a problem. There were just a couple of small hiccups along the way (non-working A/C in one room and non-working jet tub) and what I would call basic supplies missing that I have enjoyed having at other rentals (coffee, sugar, basic seasonings for cooking, board games, books to read, etc.). This would definitely not keep me from renting here upon my return. Joy was very happy to help us get things fixed quickly and "loaned" me a cup of sugar when I forgot to buy some for my coffee. Warrell (I hope I spelled that right), our driver and personal tour guide, was the highlight of our stay. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating (even when we wanted those awesome fish dinners twice!) and made us feel right at home. We even met some of his lovely family (Our kids seemed to really hit it off). I will never stay at a resort when visiting Jamaica in the future. Hopefully we weren't terrible renters and Noel and his family will welcome us back. Thanks for making our family vacation and my 40th birthday so memorable!!!!

Safe, beautiful, and well worth it!

The service we received while we stayed here was amazing! It was a group of 10 of us on spring break and it was the most memorable experience for us all thanks to the help from Joy, Mr.Levy and Erick. The pictures don't do the house justice! It's is BIG and BEAUTIFUL! Once we arrived we had towels, dishes, and even a laundry room for us to clean our clothes during our stay! Always waking up to a beautiful view of Montego Bay and with the top notch security we always felt safe. Also we had a cell phone given to us so that we could call Joy, Mr. Levy or even Joy if we needed a thing at anytime which was great since a lot of our phone providers didn't cover international travel. Joy was the sweetest, always making sure we were okay with everything in the house. One night one of the air conditions went out so she opened up a room for us to stay in so that we could be comfortable. Another night we got locked out the house and we called her and she was right over to help us in within 5 minutes. We even forgot to get syrup for our group breakfast we cooked and she dropped everything she was doing to bring us some, always sweet and with a smile. This really made us feel comfortable about where we were staying and let us enjoy our experience worry free. We hired a driver named Erick for more than the complimentary airport pickup. One thing we can all say is that he made our stay and trip memorable. He took us everywhere we needed to go whether it be Negril or even Ochos Rios! He knew all the local spots for food, groceries, beaches, activities, and even the nightlife. The best part about it was that not only did he drive us to these places he stayed and waited on us as we did excursions and even came along with us to make sure that we were safe and no one took advantage of us since we were tourist. No matter what anyone said to us we'd ask Erick and he'd tell us whether it was reasonable or not. He would even go to the clubs with us to make sure that we were all safe and had a good time. And even when it was late after us going out and we were all hungry he would take us to get some good authentic Jerk chicken without a single complaint ever. At the end of our trip we were sad that we had to leave him because he felt like another member of our group at the end of the trip. All in all we would all definitley book again if we ever come back to Jamaica it was one of the best vacations we've ever had!

The house is spacious, lots space in the kitchen area! Located 5 minutes from evething, supermarket gas station and etc. Street is very quiet, nice place to chill on the balcony at evening!
