This lovey 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom vacation cottage, sleeps 6 maximum, recently renovated. This Jem is located in the heart of village of Alexandria Bay, NY. Directly on the St. Lawrence River. Walking distance to everything, Restraunts, Bar, Shops. Village docks and boat launch, public sand beach near by, Uncle Sam's tour boats. Directly next door to the famous Rivers Edge Resort, the Tiki Bar and near Mac’s boat rentals. Views of the main shipping channel and Boldt Castle, sleeps 6 comfortably. The house is equipped with Mitsubishi ductless heat pumps for your comfort with heating & cooling in each room , hot water system is a RUUD hybrid hot water heater, all lighting is LED. Outdoor seating includes a 6 seat Gas fire-pit table on rear river view deck LP Gas grill, additional seating area on front porch, kayaks available for additional rental fee $50 per stay, boat dockage available for an extra fee $35 per day. Perfect for fishing & Scuba Diving trips, nearby nature trails and hiking. Sorry NO Pets allowed on the Property, NO EXCEPTIONS, This rental doesn’t not have a back yard to use. 3 night minimum note*** the property owners and managers live next door if you ever need anything during your stay. please look at the attached photos. The maximum occupancy is only 6 persons, no cots, no air mattresses and no sleeping on coach.

Great weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. The owner met us upon check-in and was super communicative during the stay when we had questions. Even had cold water bottles in the fridge for us. Convenient to walk into the town for food, shopping, and boats.

Perfect place to park the car and walk everywhere

Really cute house in the middle of everything that you can park in the driveway and not have to deal parking meters! Shopping, restaurants and tours are a short walk.

I booked this house to celebrate my birthday and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The house is adorable and clean and has more than enough space for me and my friends. The view and the walk ability into town cannot be beat!

Heart of the 1000 Islands is the location and the center of it all.

Experience the perfect location to start your 1000 Islands vacation with the ease of finding everything at your fingertips tips. Schooners has been a frequent stay for our family and this property never disappoints. Very clean, and comfortable with A/C and plenty of seating inside and out. The views are fun, gorgeous and relaxing. Walking is super convenient to the Walton St market, St Cyrils Church, village shops, restaurants and bars!! Town docks and tour boats around the corner as well as the municipal golf course.There is a dock with your rental and the boat launch is conveniently right there.

River Vacation

We have really enjoyed Schooners to accommodate most of the family. The clean, cozy, comfortable surroundings made us feel right at home. We enjoy the Tiki bar next door at the Riveredge Resort, the shorts walks to boutiques, restaurant's, bars, golf course, church. We also rented the home next door called Paddles on the Porch, which accommodated 6 more family members and allowed us access to the yard with the firepit. Watching the fireworks from this location was a highlight! There is a deck with a large table and dock usage for a small to medium size boat. The owners are welcoming and always attentive to questions/ concerns. One of our favorite places to stay.
