We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was beautiful. We had a wonderful view of the mountains and surrounding area from the balcony. The way the condo was decorated was clean and modern, we had all that we needed in the kitchen. We used the pool and the restaurant also excellent. One unexpected highlight we were visited by a bear and her cub.Would recommend and hope to stay here if I can get a reservation again!Thank you to our hosts!

We had one of the newer units at the top of the mountain and it was perfect. We had construction out our balcony but the view was so good it didn’t matter. Check in was extremely easy, service was wonderful and everyone was so nice. Lots of daily activities.

The resort was so great! We really enjoyed the water park and arcade with the kids. The fact that they had a shuttle was nice too so we didn't have to walk so much! The room was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We do wish there were some pans for the oven but other than that it had everything we needed!

We had such a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights for our family was everything available right on the property. Our kids had the best time at the waterpark and loved playing putt putt golf. It made the trip so fun and convenient for us as parents too. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, modern, clean. Condo is located in a resort and many amenities were included. It had a good size Fitness Center and several pools. Great location near the National Park and all the Gaitlinburg activities. At check-in, the Front Desk did not have my correct name and couldnt find our reservation on their system. We had to call the host to get checked-in. But the host responded promptly and we got it sorted out quickly. The condo could use some instructions on how to use the jetted tub (we didn't use it). On our last night we made reservations at Southern Comfort, the resort restaurant, and had to leave because they didn't have enough staff to serve us.

This was a great stay. This is basically a hotel condo within a large resort. You could be in one of many buildings, etc. The resort worked great for our purposes and our kids were thrilled with the water park.

This property was so nice! We enjoyed the fireplace it was very cozy in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The shower was big and had a rainfall shower head along with a regular shower head. A very nice property.

Wonderful unit to stay in

This was our 1st time to stay at this resort and it was Wonderful. My wife and I came for a week long stay and will definitely be repeat customers. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. The unit was Super clean with everything we needed. The balcony was just as shown in the pics. You will not be disappointed with this unit

Great hosts, smooth communication, smooth check in, clean place, many activities at resort. Only issue was not enough parking spots near your room on weekend after dinner. Resort issue not host issue. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and would rent from host again.
