We were disappointed to see the 3-star rating, particularly given the accommodations we made for your stay, including allowing a one-night reservation despite our normal two-night minimum, complimentary early check-in, and a significantly extended late checkout. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced noise from the guests upstairs. Unfortunately, this was not brought to our attention during your stay. Had we known, we would have immediately contacted the upstairs guests and done our best to resolve the issue. We work very hard to provide a clean, comfortable stay and are always available to address concerns when they arise.
