Perfect location near everything in central San Antonio. House is modern and clean and very comfortable for up to 4 people. Perfect for two couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We were so busy we didn’t use the yard, but nice sitting area outside and on front porch. Large showers, comfy beds, host is very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Excellent all the way around!

This is a great property in a super part of San Antonio! It’s classy and comfortable. The two walk in showers (nicely updated) were genius for my older family members who stayed here. The host was responsive and very accommodating. We not only would rent this for our extended family again while they’re in town, we’ve recommended it to our friends.

Tidy, stylish home convenient to Trinity

This is a recently renovated property that is a great option for a small family. We stayed here with our 13yo daughter while visiting our older daughter at Trinity University. The Broadway/Mahncke Park location is great for this purpose--good restaurants nearby, and a cute coffee shop down the street (2 minute walk)! The larger, primary bedroom does not have an ensuite bath, but has a nice bath at the end of a short hallway. The secondary bedroom has great windows and an ensuite. It is more private. This weekend was chilly, so we made use of the working gas log fireplace more than once. Kitchen is fully equipped.
