The property has access to a shared seasonal pool (communal - shared with another 7 villas). The villa is comprised of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and a great covered outdoor terrace. There are fantastic beaches only 10min walk from the villa and all the great facilities of the hotels close-by.

The villa is a comfortable fit for a small family or group of friends. There is a large living room and connected outdoor dining terrace, with bathroom and main bedroom on the ground floor. There is a second double bed in the sleeping nook which is access from a small flight of steps. The garden is huge and perfect for kids to play in and for outdoor entertainment.

All parts of the house are accessible, including the garden. Please note small children should be supervised because the staircase leading to the sleeping nook does not have a guardrail.

The villa is 40min by car/taxi from Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki. The Marina is 1km away. The Marina has a supermarket, great places to eat and go out and fantastic boutiques for afternoon tea & shopping.
