The land has 2 lots, one with the House with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, 2 floors, balcony and garden, and another with a two-story support, with barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, games room (including a professional ping pong table), dining room, bathroom, and balcony. The two lots are part of the land offered. In addition, the lots are right at the entrance of the Condominium (lots 05 and 06), in front of the pool, and with a view of the back to the Karuatã Valley. In the condominium are offered 24hr Security, as well as a concierge, Thermal Pool, Soccer Field, Paved Road, Children's Park, among others.

No geral tivemos um final de semana bastante agradável em Gravatá. A casa do Sr. Roberto é boa, principalmente o Gazebo. O sr. Roberto é uma pessoa de fácil acesso, solicito e nos deixou bastante à vontade.
