About this property

Gravatá: Cozy chalet in condominium surrounded by greenery

Breathe the mountain air surrounded by greenery and culture in a well-located, cozy chalet (500 meters from the Equestrian Village), decorated with local airs. Go to sleep and wake up to the noise of a river stream, delight in the local foods at the open market, just 10 minutes. Make the most of shows and events in the surrounding area. This will be your experience staying at our home.

THE HOUSE
Within a fenced plot, the house is accessible by two entrances. The total area is 400 m2, of which 200 m2 are garden and another 200 m2 built on two floors. There are three bedrooms, one en suite, and two extra bathrooms + 1 half bathroom; three excellent terraces, perfect for breakfast, alfresco, relaxing in a hammock and enjoying great music in our soundsystem; plus fully equipped kitchen.

- 2 rooms (living and dining), with huge glass windows to integrate them with nature.
- Full kitchen and laundry
- Toilet
- Bathroom with shower
- 2 terraces with river views; network shipowners

Upper floor:
- Living room with sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children)
- Terrace (Network Owner)
-1 master suite with king bed, flat screen tv with sky and support room (3 guests)
- 1 lateral room with double bed and bunk bed (3 guests)
- 1 Garden room with double bed and double bed (4 guests)
- Bathroom with shower

Amenities:
- ceiling fans; crockery, cutlery, glasses, bedding, table and bath.

Ideal occupancy: Up to 10 people.

CONDOMINIUM
- With field characteristics, with all security (gatekeeper guardhouse, cameras)
- Adult and children's pools, party room with support and toilets, geek table, soccer field, playground and little church

Estadia muito boa, paz e sossego. Casa com detalhes rústicos e com muita arte. Ambiente agradável e muito arborizado. Área gourmet muito aconchegante. Casa preparada para família grande. Casa sem acondicionados nos quartos e com ventiladores de teto, dependendo da época não faz calor e é muito ventilada. A anfitriã Sra Suiyn muito atenciosa e prestativa. Como sugestão, incluir nos utensílios uma batedeira e mais um conjunto de fondue para ter opção de dois sabores. Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza! Obrigado.

Casa Grande, muito confortável, muito limpa, fornecem toalhas e lençóis de boa qualidade, utensílios de cozinha completos, área de lazer do condomínio excelente, proprietária muito gentil. Poderíamos voltar com toda certeza. Como pontos negativos teríamos a falta de porta na suíte do quarto principal e a falta de ar condicionado nos dois quartos menores, pois no verão o ventilador de teto não é suficiente.
