Uncle Milton's offers easy walking distance to village activities, shops, galleries and restaurants. This cozy, newly updated dog friendly cottage is within walking distance to Silver Lake Harbor. Enjoy marsh views from the deck and sun porch.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: Bedroom with Queen bed. Living/dining area with Double Sleeper Sofa. Sun Room with a view of the marsh. Bath has a shower stall.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and DVD player. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, fish bench and plenty of decking.

Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. No Smoking. Limit of 2 vehicles.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Getaway

Newly renovated the house was very clean and comfortable. There were a few items left still to be dealt with that I am sure have now been resolved once it was brought to their attention. Wonderful stay for our annual anniversary trip!

Very comfy cottage. Kitchen was well stocked although I couldn’t find potholders anywhere. Huge fridge. Loved the small sunroom off the kitchen. Large bedroom. Mattress was comfortable. Only had a bedspread so make sure to bring blanket. Would stay again!
