Minnow is a sound front efficiency cottage for just two people. Located on Northern Pond, Minnow welcomes you to pamper yourself in the water view from the large screened porch or simply relax in the luxury of your private sandy beach. The Minnow offers an excellent location for kayaking, kite boarding or just hanging out. Enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound.

This home offers a rare opportunity for sound front accommodations for those not requiring a large home and sits next to the owner's home. Convenient, yet off the beaten path in a pleasant waterfront neighborhood enjoy a convenient short walk or bike ride to Silver Lake Harbor.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath: This studio cottage offers a sleeping area with King bed, open living, dining and kitchen area and 1 Bath with tub/shower.

Amenities include central heat/air and ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, cable TV which rotates to be seen in both the living and bedroom, DVD player. Stack washer/dryer.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

Exterior offers a large sound view screened porch with both dining table and seating area, hammock, sandy beach, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. 2 person kayak. Life jackets are not provided, if you wish to rent them, please contact Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist.

No Dishwasher.

No Smoking. No Boat Dock. No Motor Boat Anchorage. Limit of 1 vehicle.

No Pets or Service Animals of any kind are permitted in this home. For information please visit our Guest Information “Vacationing with a Pet” on our website.

No Partial Week Stays.

This is a clean and very hospitable property in a unique location on Ocracoke. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed and furniture is comfortable. Outdoor spaces are well furnished too! The host has provided a lot of guidance for systems and things to do.

Owner next door unprofessional

After check in we went to lunch, upon return the owner had came in and turned off a/c and opened all the windows. Very hot! The next day the screen door closer froze up. I just removed it so able to close door. The owner sent a dozen text threatening me with the door retractor and cost of a new door!! $660. Later we were in the hot tube,, we went inside for a drink and the owner started screaming thru the window to put the top back on hot tub. She kept saying she couldn’t heat the whole island. She also threatened me with the cost of a new cover. $500. We started marking the door so able to tell when she was sneaking in. I will not be back,, the house is very dated and bed not comfortable. Proceed with caution.
