We had a wonderful time during our stay. The beach front property was exactly what we wanted, with a short walk to the ocean and to the pool. My husband and I stayed with our toddler. It is a small space, like a hotel room with a kitchen area, but it was plenty for us. Comfortable, clean, and convenient!

What a GEM! Amazing little condo right on the beach! The host was communicative from the beginning to the end of our stay. Super simple check in process and the condo was clean and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be right on the beach for a reasonable price! We will definitely be back.

Great location to restaurants and the beach is just a short walk. We love Ocean Sands condos. Host was responsive to questions and made check-in quick and easy. Neighbors are friendly also which is why we love AB!

Absolutely amazing spot, perfect for a couples trip. Me and my man road tripped and stayed here for 3 nights and had a blast. There is so much to do it felt like we were there for weeks! Linda was amazing and is quick to respond if you need assistance. Short drive to the fort where there is a beautiful walk through of some dunes. With the beach and the pool so close we didn’t spend a lot of time inside but the condo was just the perfect size, I was able to cook comfortably and the little sitting space actually feels so roomy. There is also so much to do just drive and look at signs, we visited the aquarium and found a little short trail through the island. My man actually purposed to me on this trail!! so I will never forget the trip Linda gave to us! Such an amazing weekend and I will always remember this thank you Linda!

Quiet, nice and clean. It was just me but being able to hear the ocean was amazing. So much of everything is so convenient. I hope to stay there again... It is perfect for 2 or 3 people for sure.Great communication with Ms. Linda. Awesome check ins.

The studio apartment was as described aside from the size of the beds. The property listing includes a queen size bed and queen size futon. The bed is a full size, as well as the futon. Had I known this, I would have chosen another place to stay. My husband slept on the futon while I took the bed. The nightstands and headboard were extremely dusty when we arrived and I ended up dusting with a wet wipe. The nightstands also had some sticky residue on them, it was evident the cleaning crew hadn’t done a thorough job wiping down surfaces. Everything else was clean aside from those areas which were likely overlooked. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beach! The owner was wonderful and responded promptly to an issue we had with the TV and it was resolved the next day. This studio apartment is the perfect place for any couple planning a beach trip (that is okay with a full size bed).

Linda was prompt with answering pre-visit questions. The rental is just as described but better. There was a bag of ice in the freezer and filled, frozen ice trays ready and frozen on arrival. The only hiccup was the WiFi because cell signal is great in this area. I was fixed the same day, didn’t hinder our stay and gave us an opportunity to meet Linda. My guest situation changed and the weather was unpredictable, all things out of my control. She is a top notch professional. I wish Vrbo linked easily to their other properties like the other similar platforms for future stays. My family and friends will definitely be made aware of this place and any others. Thanks so much.
