Sun Kissed cottage is a bright and cheerfully decorated pet friendly cottage offering an enclosed front yard and a convenient walk or bike ride to restaurants, shops and Silver Lake Harbor. The modern kitchen features granite counter tops and the comfortable living area make family time fun and easy after a day at the beach.

3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 2 with Queen, 1 with two twins. The bath has tub/shower.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 3 satellite TVs, Blu-ray DVD and DVD player. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. High chair. Utility room with sink.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

The exterior offers an enclosed front yard, screened front porch, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table, fish cleaning bench and shared basketball hoop. Covered parking with 7 foot clearance.

No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 dogs. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Loved the house & location

The house was fantastic. There was a fenced in yard for our dogs. We brought 2 vehicles but only drove when we went to lifeguard beach. We used a golf cart all over town. The house was so stocked I didn't use a lot of stuff I brought just in case. I loved the beach life. When i saw the 20 mph I was impressed. The island is beautiful & the house was in a great location. The beaches weren't crowded. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year.

A great week in Ocracoke with Family!

This raised cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable week with my son, daughter and her husband and their dog Oliver! First the home was CLEAN! I would never have known this was a pet friendly rental! The whole family loved hanging out on the screened porch before and after the beach. A short bike ride to Ocracoke Oyster, Eduardo's Tacos and the Grocery Store. My bed was very comfortable, nice quality sheets, and having the linens and towels provided is a great convenience. Outdoor Shower was super as was having the gas grill.

We loved this cottage! Our family vacations in Ocracoke every year, but it was fantastic to be able to stay together (and our 2 labs). The house was great, and so was it's location. Very close to restaurants and shops, and quiet enough to walk the dogs every day. I'm sure we will stay here again!

April 2016 Stay

First time to the island and loved it!! Slow pace, lots of nature and friendly people. The best part was bringing our dogs. They loved it just as much as we did. Didn't get to the beach as it was super windy, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay!! Very Impressed the cleanliness of our rental! We WILL be back (off season only)! Thank You!!!
