Most importantly, we love hearing that your family made wonderful memories during your stay! We also appreciate your feedback regarding the scent. For context, our cleaner had been using Thieves, a plant- and essential-oil-based cleaning product, rather than a traditional chemical-based cleaner. We certainly understand that essential oils and scents can still be bothersome to guests with sensitivities, and we have addressed this with our cleaning team for future stays. We also provide white, dye-free laundry pods for our guests, which are always stocked underneath the sink for anyone who prefers that option. We’re sorry if their location wasn’t clear during your stay and will make sure this is communicated more clearly going forward. We truly appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to make our home even more comfortable for our guests.
