Home was lovely. Enjoyed the outdoor pool area and the game room. Traveling with 13 family members and it was very comfortable and a good place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The layout was great for our family reunion as multiple bedrooms and baths offered privacy for all while the kitchen/great room was perfect for cooking and enjoying family meals together. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool while the adults lounged in the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge (surprise hit!). Communications with host were consistently thorough and timely. We are already talking about the possibility of a return visit next year!

A minor suggestion. The 2 patio umbrellas near the pool have a tendency to tip around in the wind. Might want look into anchoring them down more effectively.

Absolutely incredible home! Stunning panoramic views of Thunder Mountain, a backyard paradise with a pool, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and putting green, plus a game room packed with fun. Spacious, stylish interiors with a fully equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. Truly the ultimate Sedona vacation rental!

The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. The inside spaces were very clean and are well-appointed, including big and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet for sleeping. Note that Bedrooms 3, 4, & 5 have King beds, which was a nice surprise (listing stated Queen beds in those rooms). The game room is a great concept and we enjoyed it. Fun amenities in the back yard, although hot tub hadn't been cleaned so we didn't use it. Teacup Trailhead within walking distance is a big plus and a pretty hike to Coffee Pot (including Sugarloaf Summit which is not difficult but a great panoramic view). FYI, there is a fence around the pool (not shown in the photos or listed in the description). Overall, this house worked great for us (9 adults) and we recommend it!
