About this property
Large Villa ~ Central ~ Chefs Kitchen ~ Views~ Hot Tub!
House of Kokopellis and Cowboys, a 6 Bedroom/4 Bath home is waiting to be the centerpiece of your next family getaway or friends’ trip. Imagine waking up in one of the spa-like bedrooms and being greeted by the most classic Sedona mountain views you can imagine. Everything is designed for making memories to last a lifetime, from the spacious full kitchen where friends and family can gather to cook the most fabulous meals to the game room where you can retire to in the evening for a game of pool or foosball. To make your visit complete, we offer WiFi and dedicated work space, gear for the kids, and a full-size washer and dryer. Every detail has been considered and we know you’ll enjoy your time here.
Living Spaces
After a full day of hiking and experiencing the gorgeous surroundings, the spacious light-filled great room will be a welcome retreat to gather and talk about the day or catch up on your favorite show on the 75-inch flat screen TV equipped with Roku. The open-concept living space with soaring ceilings is the heart of this home. The overstuffed couches mean plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family and the only problem will be picking a movie that everyone can agree on. Mountain views are never far away with french doors that lead to the roomy patio. The decor pairs tasteful Southwest touches with Boho accents to create a welcoming and comfortable space.
Head to the 900 sq. ft. game room, where you can watch your favorite team on the 75-inch flat screen TV and create some competition of your own with a full size pool table and foosball table. If you prefer a board game, we’ve got several to choose from to make a great game night with friends or family. The leather couches and easy chair are so comfy, you might not want to leave.
Kitchen & Dining
When it’s time for feeding the family, the well-stocked open kitchen is sure to please any culinary enthusiast with all the most up-to-date appliances, like a french door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and gas range with oven, and plenty of countertop space. Anything from a quick midnight snack to a holiday meal is a breeze in a space like this. Cookware, utensils, and all tableware are provided, along with essential spices and oils to make meal time worry-free.
You have a couple of stellar choices when it comes to dining. Gather the crew around the dining table with room for eight. With the stunning Sedona views just outside the windows, it’s a great place for eating and conversation. Or dine “al fresco” on the second-floor covered patio at the dining table that seats eight. We can’t think of a more ideal spot to take breakfast in the morning, and sipping coffee while listening to bird songs might become your new favorite way to start the day.
Speaking of coffee, we know it deserves a special place in the home, so we created a coffee bar where you can prepare any coffee or tea drink your heart desires. With a drip machine, Keurig, and cappuccino maker, you can feel free to make whatever you want, at any time of day.
With the ultimate convenience in mind, we have also provided a kitchen downstairs. Whether for a quick snack, or heating up some delicious leftovers, we’ve got you covered. Included is a microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, as well as kitchen knives and utensils. There’s even seating for four around the breakfast bar.

We provide full-size high-quality toiletries and the fluffiest towels for your comfort and convenience.
BEDROOM #2: Also upstairs and with phenomenal views is the second king bedroom with a TV, & the jaw-dropping views from this room are what dreams and Instagram posts are made of.

These two bedrooms share a sparkling clean spacious full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo and a double vanity. Full-size shampoo conditioner and body wash are supplied.
The foyer bathroom conveniently placed on the second floor has a glass door walk-in shower and vanity with lights above an oversized mirror. We include premium toiletries for a spa-like experience.

Outdoor Amenities
The outside of this home has so many areas for relaxation and reconnecting with friends or family. We can’t think of anything better than gathering around the firepit at the end of the day and watching the sun go down with your favorite beverage of choice in hand, sharing stories over the captivating flames. The private hot tub is guaranteed to become your new favorite way to de-stress and soothe aching muscles after a day on the trails. Hang out on the patio and grill up some tasty meals on the gas grill, or just watch the day come to life from the comfy seating area. When you’re ready to explore the hiking trails into the Red Rocks, you’ll love our private entrance onto the trail. No car is necessary to get out into the beautiful mountains that surround the home.
This home was built before my time and I like to think that there is character in the original design. We do not have a staircase within the home but you can also reach each level of the home by walking on the side of the home.
Ring cameras are used on the property for safety purposes only. We are completely respectful of our guests’ privacy.
We’d like to make our guests aware of the fact that Sedona is a lights out city, which means by law all exterior lighting must be turned off between 10 pm-7 am. This is to ensure that residents and tourists alike can enjoy the magnificent display of the night sky in the Sedona desert.
Set amid beautiful Red Rock mountains, buttes, and canyons, Sedona is one of Arizona’s most popular destinations. The scenery in every direction here is nothing less than stunning, with unrivaled views from every street corner and hiking trail.
One of the most popular hiking trails is the Sedona Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village loop. It's a relatively easy hike, and you'll be rewarded with some beautiful views. Also known as a spiritual center, particularly for its energy vortexes, the city has a unique vibe.
Looking for some great restaurants? Sedona has plenty to offer. Elote Cafe is a local favorite, For something a little different, check out The Hudson, specializing in American comfort food with a twist. For a divine breakfast experience right next to famous Coffee Pot Rock, visit The Coffee Pot Restaurant and Gift Shop.
For some retail therapy, Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village is the perfect place to browse. For a great selection of local boutiques and gift shops, stop by the Sedona Original Uptown Mall Plaza. Whether you're looking for hiking, shopping, or dining, Sedona has something for everyone. So come and explore all that this city has to offer!
