I was informed the day before I arrived that I could not stay at this apartment as one of the AC machines was not working. Was offered a totally different property. The new location was great but the inside of the apartment was dark, the shower and kitchen sink would leak with use which caused it to smell moldy and the floor boards were lifted from previous water damage. Not at all like the original I booked. We didn't feel we should have been charged the same price for the second place. We informed the owner of the problems as well as requested a discount. She was clearly upset about this. She was defensive, blamed us for not informing her upon arrival of the issues and said that we were annoying her. She had someone come in to fix the leak from the tap but we did not feel we were treated with respect and did not enjoy our staying at this place at all.
