This two bedroom, two bathroom unit sleeps six and is well appointed with a coastal designer ambiance offering breathtaking views from every window. Located on the second floor, this end unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The private screened lanai provides a tranquil seating area for watching sunsets and dolphins who make a daily appearance. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom offers two queen sized beds. Roku flat screen TV's are in the living room as well as both bedrooms.

Steps away you will find community amenities including a pool, in-ground jacuzzi, tennis courts, and BBQs grills. Boca Grande is recognized worldwide as one of the most charming barrier islands and is known as the Tarpon fishing capital of the world!
