Got stranded

Arrived 3 hours after check in, it was never cleaned. Pile of used towels and rags on the bathroom floor, beds were slept in. It was a shame too because we loved the location. The owner did offer to pay our first night somewhere else while they got the house cleaned the next day. We just agreed to issue a full refund and we found somewhere else to go for our whole stay. We were finally able to settle into an apartment around 1030pm

Ok place

Communication with owner :10/10Cleanliness of the property: 4/10(Floors were dirty, beds were dirty, found cockroaches) Host was very nice and relplaced pillows. The outside of the house needs washed bad theres alot of spiders. I would stay again if it was better maintained. Like i said the host very friendly and relpies quick it just sucks that the house has so much potential and isnt getting attention as it should.
