Sound and Sea is a cozy three-bedroom residence nestled in the tranquil Magnolia Bay neighborhood within the gated Currituck Club golf course community. Enjoy the luxury of your own private hot tub, and a wrap-around porch perfect for relaxing meals al fresco.

You will also have access to the Currituck Club that includes a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and trolley service to the beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Magnolia Bay neighborhood is ideal for leisurely activities such as walking, jogging, and biking, making it perfect spot for a family vacation!

Pet Friendly-Dogs Only. No Smoking.

All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day

Great stay

Location was great for not staying on beachfront with easy short access to beach. Neighborhood was very nice. Neighbors very friendly. Just a great place to stay

Great location

It was our first time in the outer banks and our family and I we had a blast. The house was perfect for us, specially because we had to bring our dogs. Short walk to the beach access or they can pick you up. The gated community is very Quiet and family friendly. I recommend it to anyone!

August 2018 Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at Sound and Sea! The home was even better than we expected - Jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower were nice surprises! Everything was impeccably clean upon arrival, maintenance was VERY responsive to two minor requests and the house was so well-stocked with supplies and equipment - there was very little we needed to make our stay perfect. The washer and dryer were AMAZING it *almost* made doing laundry a dream. ;) The services at Currituck Club can not be praised enough as well. From the extremely friendly manager at the welcome reception (who greeted us with a mimosa!) to the trolley and beach valet service, there was nothing that they didn't think of. It made our stay so relaxing! Thank you for making our vacation even more amazing!

We enjoyed the Outer Banks and the House. The only problem we had was the bedrooms being upstairs. We are seniors and by the end of the week my knees were hurting me. The house was pretty and we enjoyed all the community had to offer .the weather was not great, rain most of the week, but we love the outer banks

Our stay at Sound and Sea was wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed the pools, the walking paths, golf course, and the beach access. We will definitely be booking this house again and we can't wait to come back!

Our stay was AMAZING! It was quiet and relaxing. The gated community is just across the highway from the beach public access. The area has plenty to do but is not super commercialized. I'm quite impressed with the outcome. Given the chance, I will definitely come back...
