Sunnyside is a quiet golf cart friendly community that has everything you need within a golf cart rides distance. Gas station, grocery, wine/liquor store, restaurants, Thomas’ Donuts and Ice Cream, The Ol Beach Bar, Whiskeys and of course the Beach!!
There is a propane grill provided. Renters are responsible for their own propane.
We can have a propane service deliver one to the house for $75 or you are welcome to take the tank yourself for an exchange at the local gas stations or grocery. There is a good chance you may show up and there be propane in the current tank on the grill from previous guests, but we can’t guarantee that! If you will need us to provide a full tank please allow us 24 hours to have tank delivered.
