The condo was spacious and quite. The location felt a little sketchy. The open parking with two parking passes are a nice touch.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
The location clean and was very close to the bat bridge and a quick 15 minute walk to 6th avenue. But… the pictures don’t show the sketchy exterior and parking lot. There were several items inside the unit that would have been a simple fix-the shower hot water faucet was falling off the wall making it difficult to set the water temp, drawers in the kitchen didn’t slide without some extra effort, trash can lid was broken. Just a general state of disrepair. The floor was painted concrete for easy cleanup but had so many areas that were chipped up. It was also next to the dumpsters and the trash pickup was 3 in the morning-lots of clanging and beeping from the trash and recycling pickup trucks. We ended up leaving a day early.
