The BYU house was an amazing property to stay at. We had 10 guys in for a golf tournament, and it was just right for us. With space for many more. The shuffleboard and basketball games were especially a hit. Also, Mark was amazing to work with. Highly recommend you book this property.
Our family spent 3 nights at the BYU Fan House to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Our family has several BYU graduates, including both my parents. The memorabilia was AMAZING! I think my Dad spent hours looking at everything. He was very impressed. We had so much fun! We had 23 people staying at the house. We had pickleball tournaments, marshmallow roasts, BBQs, and we loved the escape room. The house itself was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked! Being at the BYU Fan house made our celebration perfect! If you are a BYU fan, this is a MUST!
This house had everything to accommodate our large family gathering for a wedding. Enjoyed the pickleball court, fire pit, hot tub, and game rooms. A couple of maintenance issues were handled promptly by the property manager. Enjoyed our stay!

Rob’s group was great. Kept the house clean and were patient when we had to deal with unexpected plumbing issues that were promptly resolved.
Overall a fantastic stay and we are planning on booking it again! Even with our large group of 10 adults and 14 kids, we did not run out of fun things to do while staying on the property. Highly recommend, even if you are a Utah fan.

So glad you enjoyed it. Can't wait for you to see the additions we have planned that you'll enjoy the next time you come.
I love it when a host leans in to a theme, and this is a themed home! While we weren’t there for any BYU sporting events, we did have 6 boys ages 3-14 to entertain, and they had a blast with a wide variety of fun games and activities available. The adults enjoyed the variety of diversions as well. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was remarkably well maintained—no funny smells or skin-dissolving chlorine. There were plenty of nooks for small groups seeking quiet, as well as areas large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of up to 21 for meals or socializing. We loved our host—he was very proactive with messaging prior to our stay, and extremely prompt in getting back to us the few times we needed to reach out . All around, a great experience for our entire group.
We had a great time. There was lots of space and things to do. Every one enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was roomy. There was always a game going on outside on the sports court. The out door kitchen had plenty of room to gather around. I would highly recommend The BYU House. Go Cougs!
We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our group. Luxury linens and large fluffy towels, well stocked and equipped kitchen, games, sports equipment everything is provided. Easiest check in and check out experience we have ever had! Highly recommend!! We hope to make this an annual event.
We took 26 teenagers to compete in an ultimate frisbee tournament in Provo. This house was absolutely the perfect place for a large group of teens. So many things to keep people occupied. From the basketball court to the pool table to the large green TV to the multiple dining rooms, we had everything we needed to have a fantastic stay.
The host was very communicative and welcoming. The house was well stocked with plates, bowls, and cutlery for home cooking. We could not find a ladle but made do with the measuring cups available. The rooms were all very comfortable. Many of the bunk beds are only accessible by going through the room with the two bunk beds which was a bit odd to us. We found a candy wrapper in one of the bunk beds. We alerted the host and they were apologetic about it. The amenities were all very nice. We made good use of the gym, the hot tub, and the bbq.
Our family rented this property so our family could all stay together under one roof, as we came from various out of town locations for our daughter's wedding. The house was so fun and just as described online and the owner was great to work with. Everything was very clean and bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable! The bathrooms were updated with plenty of space and a bathtub in each one which was really nice for parents with young kids. We had a lot to do to get ready for the wedding and it was so nice to have plenty for the kids to do with the sport court, yard, and playroom! We could easily watch them while working. It was also great that there were other games and sporting equipment to play basketball, pickleball, giant chess and more! The swings and chairs made the firepit area a favorite gathering place for kids and adults alike, and the covered tables outside were so nice to have. The kitchen is big and the large laundry room was a great place to keep shoes, coolers and extra paper goods. Besides the "garage turned game room", the basement with easy access to the hot tub was amazing as well. The location seemed to be about 10 min from anywhere we needed to be which made things easier on everyone. Every square inch is utilized and appropriately decorated to make this house a hidden gem that even Cosmo would be jealous of!
We had our 50th Wedding anniversary reunion with 27 people: our 6 girls and their families over the 4th of July. So close to the Provo Parade and the Stadium of Fire. The grandchildren ranged in their 20's, down to age 2. There was plenty to do to keep the teenagers busy in the backyard and garage, and a pack 'n play and highchair for the great grand baby. Included were fluffy towels enough for everyone for bathing and the pool towels for the hot tub. We appreciated the cooling fans in every bedroom and the soft carpet. There were plenty of tables for everyone to sit at. Lots of fun photo ops with the BYU decor. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay. Cindy
We stayed at the BYU Fan House this past week with our family of 19, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures on the listing don’t even begin to show how amazing this property really is. There were so many activities and spaces for all ages that you could easily enjoy an entire vacation without ever leaving the house. The location is fantastic and convenient to so many attractions and activities. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The house itself was very comfortable, with great beds, plenty of room to spread out, and multiple gathering spaces where our family could spend time together without feeling crowded. The highlight for many of us was the incredible backyard sport court—it was used constantly and provided hours of fun for all ages.If you’re looking for a place to host a large family group, this house is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again!
