Thank you so much for the wonderful, detailed review and 10/10 rating, Jennifer! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that the condo was the perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen, and fantastic pool area. We appreciate the feedback concerning the furniture and have made the owner aware of the chair. Regarding the AC, we completely understand needing to cool off when it hits 100 degrees! The setting is to prevent the system from freezing up and breaking down in the extreme heat. We're glad it still provided a comfortable break from the sun. We would absolutely love to welcome you and your family back for another wonderful stay in the future!

Thank you, Kim, for the 8/10 rating. We appreciate all reviews from our guests, so thank you for the feedback. Paper products are not provided. This is listed on all booking sites as well as in the Rental Agreement, Check in instructions and Friendly Reminder. Regarding check-in, we understand that waiting until the designated check-in time can be frustrating, especially when travel plans result in an earlier arrival. Our team works hard to ensure each property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, which is why access cannot always be granted before the scheduled check-in time. Thank you, again, for your valuable feedback. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.
