If you’re looking for gorgeous views and a perfect vacation stay, this is it! This newly added 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 10th floor, with a spectacular view of the ocean. This family friendly sanctuary is a great place to stay-offering beautiful oceanfront views and all the comforts of home! Comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with a king-size bed in the main bdrm and 2 queens in the guest bdrms. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, for early morning breakfasts or evenings when you want to dine in. And for your convenience, there is also a washer/dryer in the condo.

PARADISE RESORT is located on the oceanfront approximately 22 blocks south of downtown Myrtle Beach, where you will find amusement parks, shopping, restaurants and many exciting attractions.

The PARADISE RESORT offers MANY AMENITIES! Spend the day at the beach and riding the waves, or grab a tropical drink from the poolside tiki bar and relax by the large oceanfront pool. The kids will love the indoor lazy river and pool - both great for days when the weather is not cooperating. There are also 2 indoor jacuzzi pools for the adults to enjoy. Around the pool deck, you will find fun things to do like cornhole or a giant chess game.

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
