A stand alone small home that is tucked away from the street, behind a front duplex. Off street parking, a fully stocked kitchen, a flat screen TV, full bath, plush bed, blackout curtains, all utilities paid, spacious living area and high speed internet make it feel like home even if you're away from home. Work or play...this is a perfect place for you.

This home has a comfortable and spacious living room, a full sized kitchen, and a good sized bedroom with a bathroom just off the bedroom. There is a laundry room that is included with the home and reserved only for the guest. It is steps from the back door.
