Backyard was great for our two little dogs. Kitchen was supplied will. Needed light bulbs and also bulbs that had the same wattage. The main bedroom carpet needs to be replaced. But the house was comfortable and we enjoyed our time there.
We didn’t get in from our long drive till 1 AM so arriving in the dark was not the best. Entrance to the home was easy, but the garage door did not work properly, and I was unable to park my car in the garage as planned. There was a curtain rod in one of the rooms partially coming off the wall. None of the clocks were working, which I thought was odd. I did update the host and they said they would take care of it. If you’re not good with step down living rooms and step out to the backyard, I did find it to be a bit of a trip hazard as I was traveling with my elderly father. The older neighborhood appeared to be safe everyone parked their cars outside in the driveway, which was good since mine had to be out there too. We were there only one night as we were traveling the next day.
Interior of the house was clean and inviting. Yard was overgrown (host previously said it would be mowed Tuesday. Yard crew showed up Saturday afternoon). Temperature in the house was easy to maintain. All was clean and neat, but might want to replace most of the bathroom towels and wash rags. They used to be white, but were a beige-dingy color. Location was quite convenient. Keep the yard up, and replace some white towels, and I would happily stay there again. For five stars, please get some good outdoor furniture on the back porch.
We needed a place near the airport and this house was perfect for our situation. The neighbors’ barking dogs were a problem as they woke me up in the night.
NEEDED YARD WORK.. WATER TREES.. WE LIVE ON 10 ACRES IN ANTHONY, TX.. I KNOW HOW HARD YARD WORK IS…. WE ARE OUTSIDE FOLKS…. BUT THE HOUSE WAS SO GREAT.. WE COOKED INSIDE. ENJOYED MY FAMILY BEING WITH US TO VISIT AND MY BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTER GRADUATING FROM MIDLAND HIGH SCHOOL.. THANK YOU. THANK YOU….
Nice quiet neighborhood, clean older partially remodeled home. The yard and lawn furniture could use some attention and the grill was uncleaned from the previous guest. We would rent again.
Great description on listing, great selection of kitchen appliances to choose from. Garage to park in.Drawback, sunken living causes very high threshold to backyard, coffee maker buttons lettering worn off making operation challenging, but Google to the rescue! Coffee maker works great and having coffee and filters was nice. Travel bars of bath soap would have been nice, overall minor problems and we have not problems staying here again.
This was very enjoyable for my guys! It allowed them to not stay at a hotel all cramped! It was convenient to everywhere! VERY CLEAN!!! Will definitely stay again!!!

Thank you so much for staying with us, we enjoyed hosting your group!
We went to the dog show in Midland. We loved this property. There was a very nice fenced yard so our pups could run and play. The house was nice for us - room for us to have some privacy but nice we could all sit around the table and talk - we could all do our thing. We really enjoyed our stay
Thanks
This house was just what we were looking for. We have several kids, grandkids and greatgrandkids in Midland. We were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner there on Sunday the 1st. We had enough room to have 2 tables of card players while the younger kids played in the back yard. We were happy with the backyard as we also brought a dog. The kitchen was a little small but we worked it out. The king bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. All in all this was a perfect weekend. We didn't have anyone else stay with us as they could all go to their homes there in MIdland.

Positives - Location: easy access-grocery/dining; Entry code easy to manage; Host was pleasant Master Bed: Large & comfortable; Master Shower: Updated w/good water pressure. Negatives: *95% of pics on the website misrepresented the house-outdated; *the backyard is only sand & freshly laid fertilizer-is that dangerous for pets?; *ants all over the backyard & patio;*pieces of the house falling apart outside, old/chipped paint everywhere, broken fence slats, an old shed w/broken doors; *broken dining chair; *no blinds on front window-street view into the house day/night; *curtain rod is bent & looks fragile-couldn't close curtains; *chipped paint/small hole in wall (back door knob has hit it in the past); *electrical tape holding the floor together in mult. places; *mult. light bulbs in the master bathroom appeared to be going out; *non working outlet in the master bedroom; *non working ROKU tv in the master bedroom; *10:00 a.m.- drones overhead, SWAT standoff/negotiations across the alley for hours, flash bangs going off, shelter in place-very uncomfortable to say the least. Preparations for departure:*(we) started the laundry in the washing machine - once it was running it starting making very loud noises. (I took a video of it)*(we) collected and took out the trash*(we) loaded and started the dishwasher*(we) swept the part of the house we used*BILLED 200 for someone to wipe down, vaccuum/mop, and make one bed. - Hardly seems fair. We won't be back.
This little house was just perfect for what we needed. Extremely clean, great communication, wonderful yard for the pups. Looking forward to using it again’
