Conveniently located close to restaurants, coffee shop, market street grocery, crossfit, hero's gym, and a movie theater. 3 beds, 2 bath, fully furnished kitchen (w RO water system and hooked up to fridge with ice maker), living room, breakfast nook, office and wet bar with coffee machine, high speed internet, Flat Screen Roku TVs in living rooms, bedrooms and patio, ,propane grill inside cover gazebo and Pool! Smoking is fine on the large covered patio with but please not in the house. Excellent setup for professionals that commute to Midland weekly or fun for the family.
