Our beach house does not have an Ocean view, but is steps away (300 feet across the street) from the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, walking distance to world class restaurants and a short drive to shopping, nightlife, 15 mins to Downtown Stuart, 45 mins to Palm Beach.

Our beach house is located on Hutchinson Island, a barrier island on the Atlantic Ocean. Our house is within an Oceanfront gated community with private beach access and pool by the sea, our community is composed of multi-million dollar homes, luxury RVs and mobile homes, all under the same beach community. Our home is a modular home approx. 700 total sq. feet, 1 Bedroom + Den, Full kitchen, Key-less lock, Wi-Fi internet, HD cable TV, Private parking, Washer/Dryer, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin size futon (Good for a child or short adult) and Large sofa in the living room.

This house is at a perfect location! The beach is across the street stores and restaurants in walking distance . They supply a beach chair and a full kitchen. It was my second time at this house and would definitely go back!

Comfortable Little Getaway

This property is a cute and convenient little get away. We very much enjoyed our stay and had so much fun seeing the area. The owners are very nice and responsive and thorough. While we were comfortable and happy with the house, I would echo that it is older and does have a few areas that need some attention especially from a family perspective. Related to child safety, there are a few broken tiles and heat vent registers that need replacing, and there are a lot of entry points into the home that made me uneasy. Related to furnishings, these are not a big deal and we were just as happy without them, but if youre like me and enjoy cooking even while on vacation, probably best to bring your own cookware. The house is also missing drinking glasses which is easily worked around. The owners were very upfront and reminded me that this house only had one queen bed. There is an air mattress that is new and high quality and our two small kids did just fine on it, but a second bed would be ideal. For those reasons, I would recommend this house more for a couple getaway. You can’t beat the location and convenience, and again, it was a cute little place that we were happy with.

Wonderful relaxing time

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing 15th wedding anniversary staying at this property and enjoying the Jensen Beach area. While this is an older place that could use some updates it was a nice quiet neighborhood and very accessible to all beach and community amenities. The owners could not have been nicer and even let us check in a little early when we arrived ahead of schedule which was very kind. Great communication and very willing to please. We would recommend this place.

Lovely Area

Some updates would be nice but we have zero complaints. It’s a cute place with a great pool and the beach is right there! Fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Great experience!

We love the location as we have stayed in the area about 6 times. The property has a lot of potential but really needs some minor cosmetic work. The neighborhood is really great and neighbors are friendly. In the past stays we have always had a welcome basket welcoming us. We had to text about heat as we were to old to figure it out and property owners turned it on remotely for us.

Wonderful location!

This was an awesome little cottage! The complex is clean and quiet with a gorgeous private beach and a boat ramp to the Intracoastal. Gated community adds safety. Everything you could possibly need already in the house!! Seriously! Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. This was a fabulous and peaceful vacation.

Winter retreat

Home did not have an ocean view, but it included a private beach area, heated community pool and cabana overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. We had friends that stayed in the village so we enjoyed their company. We had to leave early because of the Corona virus. We hope to make plans to return in the future.
