The mattress on the king sized bed on the upper floor should be replaced. The mattress had been worn to the point it sags in the middle, resulting in both occupants ending up in the middle during the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay!

There were a few hiccups as far as the pool key but they were super responsive and quick at getting that fixed for us. All in all a great stay! I would highly recommend.

The was great answering my questions. The house was amazing so much space for my family. Everybody was so happy there. It was so wonderful and comfortable and clean. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s that were not as clean as I would’ve liked. This place was spotless.

House was well laid out for what we needed. Very clean and organized. Hot tub eas very welcome after our events at the Huntsman. Appreciated the little things like spices in the kitchen, pods for the washing machine and dishwasher, etc. BBQ was fantastic. We would definitely rent again.

We were in St George for a basketball tournament, we had an age range of 7yrs to 82yrs. The house was perfect, so roomy, lots of beds, great appliances everything we needed and more. Not to mention it is beautiful! We have stayed at a lot of places in St. George, and let’s just say the TV and Wi-Fi is sketchy, it worked great at this house we didn’t have any issues! My mother in law was thrilled! Definitely will stay here again!

Great home perfect for our group

We had a fabulous stay! The home was clean and well stocked. The host gave us all the information ahead of time and everything was clear and accurate. The pool was a blast! Our kids had a great time swimming, fishing at the community, and biking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Courtney and Rich were awesome hosts and made check in and check out extremely easy.

House was great, no problems, host was there if you needed them but not over bearing. The arcade game was a huge hit and they had just a few movies, games and toys, enough for good entertainment of my children but not to much that if the kids made a mess it was a pain to clean up. Pools were great, we were there on a weekend with lots of events happening so seemed a little crowded but not like it was in St. George. Close enough for the event we were attending but far enough to get away from most of the chaos. If we would have had room for fishing poles the pond next to the neighborhood would have been one of our favorite spots to hangout and enjoy.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Family get together before school starts. This 4 bdrm townhouse was perfect. We had plenty of room. Sleeping arrangements were just as listed with very comfortable mattresses. Loved having the extra blankets and linens around the house. So comfy! Even in August! Loved all the outside spaces. The pools were clean and enjoyable. We had plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Plenty of dishes and cook wear. Would stay here again!

loved that the panty had some staples in it. But wish you didn't use scented laundry detergent and or dry sheets!!! and not use glade plug ins the smell is too much.
