2. No Smoking in townhome or on balcony.
3. Dogs welcome (limit of 2 up to 40 lbs.). $150 non-refundable fee/per dog; pre-registration is required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
