Book through VRBO not their site

We had a large group stay with us - our stay was perfect - no issues at all - however those who booked through directly through shores of panama did not have the same luck! Thanks to our property managers who were amazing!

Best Property Manager Ever

I've been taking my family to Shores of Panama for Spring Break for years. I love that place. The condo that we just recently stayed in was really nice, clean, and spacious. Only reason I didn't goof it 5 stars is because the fridge was leaking and the ice maker didn't work. The property manager responded to my texts immediately no matter the time. She even posted to buy ice for our stay so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced.

We made the decision to use VRBO this time rather than booking a hotel through websites and I’m so glad we did! Everything we needed to make our trip smooth was available! From beach necessities to kitchen supplies. Brandi was awesome and so responsive our entire trip!! I left my debit card in the room and she let me know the same day we checked out and then took the extra step to put it in the mail for me within a day.The only drawback I had was the extensive wait times at the elevator pretty much the entire time, but even with that we enjoyed our stay so much we will be booking with azure properties for future trips.
