Welcome to the Tranquility! Thoughtfully designed backyard offers large deck for grilling/dining and watching the family enjoy the large saltwater pool. Open concept living, dining, kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout all living areas and tile bathrooms. 3 bedrooms downstairs, and a large bonus room up. 3 full bathrooms, one you can access from the pool area so no wet bathing suits in the house! Grocery stores, park, movie theater, shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance. Carolina Beach is about 10 miles away and Wrightsville Beach is about 8.8 miles.

The house was perfect. The kids swam in the pool everyday. We were close to the beach and the nightlife of Wilmington. The host was amazing. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

We had a wonderful family reunion at this property. The home is clean and cosy . The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed when we cooked at home. The outdoor is spectacular. We loved the pool and gazebo and grilling outdoor .The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. Tranquility is well named .6 of us stayed comfortably and we would all highly recommended !

Such a great family vacation!

This property is clean, well-maintained, and nicely stocked and furnished. The backyard and pool is stellar, and our family had a blast swimming and playing yard games. Easy location close enough to the airport and other amenities, and about 20 minutes from 2 very nice beaches.

The location was very convenient to historic district, beach and golf. The beds were so comfortable. The house and pool area were very clean. The communication with the hosts was superb. The value for the money was A.Thank you so much for a perfect reunion of 6 college friends who have been friends for 60 years!I would recommend a handrail on the front steps. The steps are not all the same height and are a little steeper than normal.

A wonderful weeks vacation with 4 generations of family. We had plenty of space inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and the saltwater pool. It was a very convenient location to everything and in quiet cul-de-sac. We definitely would like to stay here again in the future.

Home was amazing! My husband and I traveled with 3 of our adult children, their spouses, and our 3 grandchildren...and the house was perfect! Pool was an amazing bonus to have for the days the kids were napping. Would definitely stay here again with our large group.

Wonderful neighborhood, The pool was the highlight for the kids and teenagers! Plenty of sleeping arrangement. The Host was very prompt and made sure we arrived safely with no problems. If ever in the area again, this house will be our pick!
