As mentioned, the guests that checked out the same day as your check in had a kids party and we would have gladly had the property manager handle it, but you declined. The garage parking is always available. This could have been a discussion as we tried to, however not being understanding is a choice. The washing machine was working and there are additional washers & dryers on the property. We are just a message away from solutions, and hope to be able to resolve any concerns of our guests in the future.

You’re entirely ridiculous for his comment and it’s reflective of your character, not the space. We like to welcome warm ppl that respect people’s homes, who are kind and appreciate of someone opening their homes up for travelers. It wasn’t a good fit, best of luck elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. It helps us improve for future travelers. We have informed the cleaning team, and they will make sure that going forward the place is given Amole time to cool down. Although we have about a month left of and sign of HOT days, We have also added air conditioners to make sure there is additional cooling. The bathroom window does lock, a quick message would have explained that. I do wish that these were brought up during your stay so it could be resolved. It is one property with the MAIN door having a deadbolt lock. There is NO WAY for anyone to access the property with a coded entry. It is the largest of 2 units and located upstairs. While only being 5 minutes from Newark Penn Station, we’re not sure what location you needed. We are always updating and improving the Industrial Suite, we appreciate your feedback.
