We love VRBOWe arrived after dark and had to double check the address when we got there, the yard was so overgrown with weeds it looked deserted. The door lock had no battery & after a few unanswered calls, we got a code to a lockbox. Waking up the next morning, the bottom sheet where my husband slept was off the mattress. This was an ongoing issue throughout the week. The bed had no mattress protector so we'd end up on the bare mattress, yuck. The floors were atrocious, covered in dust bunnies, hair, dirt. The bedside tables were dusty. The shower door was difficult to close. The sofas were stiff and uncomfortable. The kitchen had 1 paper towel, no trashbags, 1 dirty sponge & no dishwasher soap so we had to buy cleaning supplies! There were 2 dirty, stiff towels under the 2nd bathroom sink so I washed every single towel not knowing if the others were clean, had to buy laundry soap too. My son's bed had the same problem with the sheet coming off the bed & again, no mattress protector. I found what appeared to be mattress protectors in a "cleaning" closet thrown on the floor with dirty linens and other stuff. The floors were so gross that I wouldn't walk barefoot. I messaged the owner letting him know what was missing in the kitchen & pictures of the floors because I would want to know if my house cleaning service wasn't doing a proper job. Crickets. We were booked for 6 days & I never heard back. We left a day early. You couldn't pay me to go back.

New Build, comfortable

This is in a new house in a new neighborhood where only a few houses seemed to be occupied. Our family came to attend a funeral so didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but It was clean, quiet, and comfortable and met our needs. Publix was nearby and some fast food and it is close to the interstate The manager was quick to communicate friendly and nice.
