Relaxing 4th of July beach trip

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! Pretty decor and very comfortable!

Family oasis

Overall stay was good. There was a little confusion about the code to enter the home when arriving but customer service had it reset within twenty minutes. Family enjoyed the home and being right on the beach was amazing.

Not good communication. We received a text on THURSDAY at 4:30 that evacuation order went into effect at 2:30 that day. (Coming Hurricane). Other guests in the building had been getting information beginning on Wednesday about leaving early, refunds for unused nights, bridges closing etc. NOTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. CONDO IS IN BAD SHAPE. Refrigerator rusted. Old, worn out furniture. The tiniest TVs you can get in each room. STILL FIGHTING FOR A REFUND DUE TO EVACUATION ORDERS. This has made me determine to ONLY rent from the privately owned units from now on. This company does not put any effort into providing a good unit for guests.
