Amazing house, beautiful area! The two of us with our dog stayed for one week and the house was perfect. The view from the deck was lovely - we could hear the waves rolling in from the bay. Everything was very comfortable inside and we loved the fancy cappuccino maker. The owner, Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended!

The property is ideally situated between Sydney and Louisbourg with a short trip to each. Fort Louisbourg is a must to see. The view from inside the house and from the spaceous deck is fabulous. The house itself is new and modern and well constructed and very private. I was a little disappointed that the beaches to the north were more difficult to get to because the bridge was out. However, the beach to the south was just as few minutes away with good sand, a walkway that made access to the beach with a walker easily accessible and quite private. It was nice to be able to sit outside in the deck with no bugs - something we couldn't do at other places on Cape Breton.

A beautiful house and stunning view. Well-stocked, clean, peaceful, modern and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and responsive- look forward to visiting again!

Just relax

The house was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked, clean and ready for us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a large patio, a fireplace, a beach, quietness and privacy. Best place to relax. The Louisbourg Fortress and its trail are exceptional. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to respond. Thank you Elizabeth.
