Bright City Centre 2nd Floor Apt. Pet Friendly Long Term Stays Welcome!
A charming and bright 1bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Ashby neighborhood in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Nestled on the second floor of a classic 1950s one and a half story house, this cozy space boasts large windows that flood the space with natural light, highlighting the beautiful hardwood floors.
The space offers a kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom and a comfortable living area. Enjoy your privacy with a separate entrance and street parking available right outside.
The apartment has plenty of storage with 2 closets and large pantry area off the hallway.
Theres a small plug in electric fireplace for your use as well as central heating. The living room couch pops out to a double bed as needed - let us know if you need extra bedding.
You'll have your own entrance through the front door and access the apartment by staircase to the 2nd floor - the homeowners live onsite on the main floor.
Pet friendly! Dogs also live here :)
Centrally located in Sydney: A quick 5 minute drive to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, 20 minute walk to the Sydney waterfront, 10 minute walk to groceries!
