Attentive host. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Free weekend parking on the street. Safe. Small unit. The bed was too soft for my taste and needs to be upgraded. Great for a couple's weekend get a way.

The space was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy our weekend in Birmingham. It is in a very convenient location within walking distance to any thing you will need. We walked to restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the restaurant and gelato that was below the apartment. I highly recommend this listing.

Very convenient to BJCC! Parking garage 4 is straight up 23rd St from the parking lot on Morris. The loft is comparable in size to a hotel room, with the convenience (& savings) of having a kitchen.

The host was great! Immediately took care of any problems. It was difficult to get the elevator to operate but our host took care of it. Very close to everything. Nice place to stay.

Great location

Really cool location/building. Stay was excellent but make sure to communicate with the host when you check out. The cleaners told him we were still in the unit (after check out time) and we had been gone for 2 hours.

Great property that was super nice, clean, and comfortable. Very convenient to downtown restaurants and venues. Parking was tricky on a Saturday night, not surprisingly. We should have been prepared for noise late into the night and early morning (loud cars, music, lots of people). A sound machine would have been most helpful! Also, don’t be like us and fail to sign the agreement before arriving. We could not access it on our phones, but thankfully had a laptop on hand!
