Very clean! It felt like being at home - everything we needed was pretty much there. Great location too - we did not have to drive far to do things with the kids and adult nightlife was close too.

Our family had an amazing stay! You can truly tell how much thought and care went into every detail of this home. There were so many wonderful amenities, and everything we could possibly need was already there, which made traveling with little kids so much easier. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable.The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and it really showed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming place. We would definitely stay here again!

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Terrace home. Laura was very responsive to any questions. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth every cent! We swam every day! Location of the home is excellent!

Perfect family getaway

The house was super clean and had everything we could need! My family spent every afternoon by the pool and enjoyed all of the pool floats and waterfall! Beds were super comfortable and it really felt like home!!

Laura our host was amazing! From the moment we arrived she made sure everything was perfect for us. Her communication regarding check in was above and beyond. Directions to get to the property as well as how to get in were wonderful.You could tell Laura genuinely wanted to be sure we were comfortable. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The pool was the perfect temperature an was surrounded with plenty of nice patio chairs and lots of pool floats. We have now found the perfect place for our yearly spring trip. The only thing that would have made this trip better is if we could have stayed forever! Thank you Laura!!

We had a great stay. The pool was refreshing and so many details were well thought out. Sound machines in every room, pool toys and kids stuff available, everything was so well labeled and communication was great. Although disclosed in the house binder, there were a few scorpions in the backyard and by the pool that caught us by surprise but the interior was just fine. The master bed frame and mattress could use a step up. The mattress was sinking in the middle and was so creaky getting in and out and rolling over. Great amout of seating around the house and great ammenities. Overall would recommend!

Overall, the house was great and had everything we needed. There were so many “extras” and Laura really thought of everything! Sometimes the main road traffic was a bit noisy but that didn’t affect our time. The pool was wonderful and having beach towels already there was a huge plus! It’s also beautiful at night with the lights!! The large TV outside was great! We sat out there every morning and evening! The grill was tricky to operate, but again, overall the house was great and we would stay again! Laura’s communication could not have been better!!

We flew un from Kentucky very early and the first positive was Laura let us ck in so we could rest before seeing our 97 year old granny!The house is perfect lots of room never felt crowded the furniture was all comfy and enough for everyone!The kitchen had everything needed to stay in and have family over that is a big plus!!!The best was the backyard lots of seating the pool was perfect and we even had a great competitive game of corn hole! I cant say enough great thingsAnd local was perfect If you want a great place to stay to feel absolutely comfortable this is it!

Perfect vacation home!

We had a wonderful time in this home! We had 4 adults and my 14 month old grandson. The layout of the home is outstanding. So spacious and well thought out. So many amenities, fully stocked kitchen and an amazing tropical backyard! Location was perfect! We were in AZ for Spring Training and it was so quick and easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Just minutes to downtown Gilbert as well. Grocery stores and everything else you need are all minutes away. Very safe neighborhood, and home is on a cul de sac so no traffic. Will 100% look for this rental when visiting the Phoenix area! Thank you for making our vacation outstanding!

Very nice property. The interior and exterior of the house are spacious and well designed. The kitchen area was well labeled and stocked with spices, paper towels, zip locks and aluminum foil. I don't always experience this in previous rentals. The outdoor area and pool are very nice. The master bedroom suite was amazing. Nice location in a cul de sac with ample parking. Laura was very responsive to any inquires we had.

Beautiful home, with beautiful layout. This home was even more beautiful in person. The host has everything detailed in the home and labeled which made everything easy to navigate and find. This place gave a resort type feeling and had everything you could need.
