We had a great time. The location is about 5 minutes from the train and 10-15 minutes from the subway stop. It is walking distance from shops and places to eat. It is a smaller basement apartment but that is what we expected for a place so close to New York. Although it has sleeping for 4-5 people the one futon was not super comfortable but the rest of the sleeping arrangements were reasonable. The temperature in the apartment was cool even though the temps outside kept creeping up. The bathroom was small but the shower was super nice even for the 6ft tall men in our group. We had 4 adult size people. The stay was nice and they were super attentive when we had questions.
