Cayman Reef offers the best value on Seven Mile Beach.

*Note* The beach in front of Cayman Reef has become very active over the last two years. The summer systems tend to shift the sand north and the winter systems shift the sand back south to us. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through December. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef.

We provide folding beach chairs so that you can access the beach next door (or elsewhere on the Island) if visiting during a time when our water is up to the wall.

Our condo is FULLY stocked. Walk in and enjoy your visit to beautiful Cayman.

Our condo is located at Cayman Reef Resort in the heart of the action on Seven Mile Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. The Resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space. There is a new King size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom and WIFI internet throughout the unit. We also have a phone with unlimited calls to Canada and the US and have a local cell phone for you to use during your visit.

We have paid attention to detail to ensure that you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a coffee maker, set of wine glasses, serving dishes and knife block to name just a few. We have a Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattress and added high quality Ralph Lauren bedding and towels to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects. We have the same Pacific Coast pillows on our bed as your find in five star hotels. We also want you and your valuables to feel secure so you will find a safe in the condo. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a spacious, walk-in shower.

We are on a beautiful, wide section of Seven Mile Beach close to all amenities. Enjoy snorkeling directly in front of the complex and easy access to all other watersports (jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, etc) a short walk away at the Royal Palms beach bar. A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or Scuba Diving. Also within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants and a nice treat of ice cream or frozen yogurt. Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town.

Cayman Reef Resort is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will also find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining.

As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store across the road, and an ATM also across the street. Hopefully not necessary, but there is a medical clinic at Camana Bay which is a 10 minute walk.

Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus.

As we live in the same complex, we offer you the additional benefit of being close by should you need anything. We include a welcome package of some of our favorite things to do on-island and where to find all of the necessities. We are also able to arrange babysitting should you require such services.

We purchased this condo in 2012 and really hope that you will enjoy Cayman and the Cayman Reef Resort as much as we do!

The condo was in the perfect location for our 9 day stay in the Caymans. It was our first time visiting the island and there was everything you could need within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked and as a bit of a water snob, we appreciated the brita!Trinda was very easy to deal with and was very responsive before we arrived and during our stay. The bed is comfortable and it was so nice to sit outside on the deck that is shaded!The pool was nice but nothing like the soft sand on the beach just steps away from the unit. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

This property was perfect for the 2 of us. We walked to great restaurants, walked the beach everyday, and watched amazing sunsets from the beach at the resort. Returned a second time to Unit 17 at Cayman Reef Resort. Great location with easy walks to restaurants and Camana Bay. The property manager, Trinda, was very attentive and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne…which was a nice touch. The unit was very comfortable for 2 people with a nice view of the water. We stayed at Unit 17 at Cayman Reef Resort and couldn't have picked a better place. The unit is just like shown in the pictures and for us was not lacking in anything that we needed. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable and enough towels for the 2 of us for the week. Didn't use the Washer and dryer so can't comment on those. Trinda was great to work with and responsive. Would definitely stay here if we return to Grand Cayman. This unit was close to the beach.

Trinda’s condo was the PERFECT place for us! We thought the central location to soooo many restaurants, pick-up point for excursions and day trips, airport, groceries and shops was exactly what we needed. And you won’t find a more organized and thorough Owner anywhere else. Promise that. Her condo was spacious enough for two of us, clean, had all the things we needed (bath/beach towels, cooking appliances and dinnerware, as well as a super comfy bed and storage too.) We never ate at the same restaurant twice, as the choices are so varied. And the people we met—both locals and travelers—were so warm and friendly. We can only recommend you to book this condo NOW if you’re thinking of renting something on Grand Cayman. You’ll be happy you did!Thanks, Trinda!

Paradise on Seven Mile Beach!

I cant say enough about this condo and the beauty of Seven Mile Beach! My wife and I came down to celebrate our anniversary. First off, the communication with Trinda was excellent! She not only had all kinds of recommendations for us while on the island, but was available within minutes for the one issue I needed her for during the week. The condo was as advertised and immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to make some meals during the week. We ate out most of time as there are too many incredible restaurants to count. And the beach! WOW! From relaxing and reading a book to snorkeling or watching the amazing sunset, it was about as perfect as it could be. If you are thinking about coming down to Grand Cayman, look no further than this condo. You will not be disappointed!

This property was a great vacation for home away from home! The renter was amazing and quick to respond. They sent over a guidebook of local stores and shops. There was so much nearby that was walkable. The beach was small but clean and not crowded. There was plenty of seating and watching the sunsets were the best part. The pool was clean but admittedly we stayed at the beach. The rental had a lot of goodies, utensils, dishes, pool floatys, even laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. My only complaint, if there is one, is the shower head was a little rusty and the curtain had mildew on the bottom and rust around the rings. Also, the towels are white so even though we knew they were clean they were dingy and stained. Still, the rest of the unit was clean and it was all in all a good trip. I would definitely recommend!

So-So Accommodation

Unfortunately, we had to abruptly depart in order to return to the States and take care of our house in the wake of Hurricane Matthew. Though we were only there 1 night, we could see that an effort had been made to maintain the condo. The Property Manager was friendly and helpful. However, the unit showed it's age and had several things wrong from the get go-- the fan & light fixture above the master bed did not work at all, the bathroom door frame kept pulling away from the surrounding wall when you tried to close the door, lights were out in several locations, including the back porch. The unit was considerably older and smaller than we expected (and it felt that way), and my wife believes that the pictures we saw on VRBO of a fairly modern, well maintained unit, did not resemble what we ended up with. I have no idea what we would have discovered if we stayed longer.

The perfect place on the perfect island!

We spent six nights at Cayman Reef Resort and it was PERFECT! Trinda could not have been more responsive and she had everything ready for us when we arrived. The unit was spacious, clean, and bright with all appliances in great shape. Lots of little extras made for a fabulous stay. We were literally just steps from the pool and the beach, with close access to lots of shopping (Camana Bay is the best!), supplies, and restaurants. Staff on property (particularly Hal) were friendly and we always felt safe. We'll be back!!

My husband and I are both Canadians but have been living in Cayman since 1999 and 2003, respectively. How can you resist living in a place with beautiful weather year round? We love the small town feel of Cayman and our 'Cayman family' while at the same time being able to enjoy all of the amenities that Cayman has to offer. Our son was born in 2011 and we look forward to many fun times with him in Cayman.

Why they chose this property

We also live at Cayman Reef Resort and really view this one bedroom condo as an extension of our home. We have many family and friends visit us from Canada and purchased this property in 2012 to have a near-by option for them.

What makes this property unique

Anyone who has stayed at Cayman Reef will tell you one of their favorite things is the evening sunset and how people gather to watch the sunset on the beach each evening. We have beautiful views extending in both directions.
