Here you should say that you wanted to cancel the reservation because you needed two nights and booked one night, but there was no availability for 2nd night, and it was already booked by someone else. You asked for a refund. I offered you another property, but you did not want to move and wanted two nights or a refund. A last-minute refund is not possible. For cleanliness, you know the house was shining, and you could see your body's shadow in the tiles. But in retaliation, here you said it was not clean. You booked for $200. For $200, you got 6 queen beds for 6 guests. Shaving cream, razors, deodorants, room fresheners, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizers, ladies' hygiene products in each washroom, a newly renovated house, sunscreen, a new BBQ, plenty of extra towels and sheets, huge size birthday cake, Chakozi salt, wood for the fire pit, and you said you did not get value for money.

There was just minor issue of little big grass and we offered them some compensation for that as a courtesy. They smoked inside the house and said they have family gathering but this was party. They were drunk and damaged the property. There were unauthorized guests as well. Backyard is 11000 sq feet and we cleaned the basement that is not included in the house and some garbage bag was in the basement stairs outside of the house which was not related to the house at all. They damaged the property and they were required to pay for the damages, though damage price was far more than the actual deposit but still they were not happy for the deduction for the damages from VRBO and they wrote this review as a retaliation.
