Welcome to relaxation! This 2 BR, 2 BA top floor end unit is your ticket to the ultimate vacation at Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach! Come visit to golf at one of the four famous courses or go to the beach five mins away!

Located in Barefoot Resort's highly sought-after gated neighborhood River Crossing, you are just moments from the beach, multiple pools, local dining, renowned golfing, and non-stop entertainment.
The space
THIRD (TOP) FLOOR END UNIT CONDO

2 Bedrooms & 2 Full bathrooms:

This top floor unit features vaulted ceilings and large windows to soak up that South Carolina sun!

Primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, California King size bed, mattress topper, walk-in closet, and full en suite bathroom.

Secondary bedroom features bunk beds (a twin and a double!), plus a third bed (twin) with mattress toppers. A second full bathroom is located right next to this bedroom.

Each room has tvs for your entertainment, and complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the entire condo, for work or play.

The screened in porch overlooks a water feature and tee box. Start your morning out here with a cup of joe, or perhaps a nightcap for our night owl friends. The closet has boogie boards & beach chairs for our beach lover guests.

We are licensed to operate by the City of North Myrtle Beach.

- Barefoot Landing (within the Resort) has numerous restaurants/bars/shopping/entertainment for all ages

-North Myrtle Beach has many restaurants nearby

Beach/Pools:
- River Crossing pool is located a minute walk from the unit (bathrooms included)
- North Tower Barefoot Resort extra large pool & hot tub (bathrooms & pavilion too) located minutes away & accessible to our guests via keycard
-Public Beach access is approximately five minute drive away. A shuttle during the warmer months does pick ups/drop offs at the entrance of River Crossing hourly for guests.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return keyrings with the keycards back to the hooks you found them on. There will be a $100 fee for any keycards lost.
Strip used beds sheets and pillow cases. Put used towels in this pile. Do not strip comforters or bed covers, a separate service cleans these.
Throw out perishable food, including that in fridge. Condiments can stay. Dispose of canned/bottled beverages.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, golf carts, or scooters on the property. Towing is possible for these vehicles.
The Compactor/Dumpster is by the main gate entrance. Trash must be placed inside the dumpster, not on the side or by the gate. $100 Fine from HOA

Awesome Place

This is an excellent place to stay! Much nicer than any hotel. Close enough to great restaurants, shopping and the beach but secluded enough for a relaxing and quiet evening.The host was very communicative. Will stay here again. Highly recommend

We have a 3rd floor end unit - which means vaulted ceilings (this is the only floor with this option!) and extra windows for all the natural sunlight.
