Our large rustic cabin is family reunion friendly and is perfect for gathering. We have 9-bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, ensuring a privacy for all guests. Two of our family suites have cribs with 2 additional folding cribs available at the property. Built to accommodate a crowd, the spacious kitchen that has 3 large tables and can accommodate up to 38 adults and kids and includes 2 high chairs. The large gathering room upstairs has stunning views of the lake and mountains.

Pickleball court, hot tub, outdoor play set, yard games, and tree house are all available on the property and set up for family fun. Inside is a pool table, foosball table, connect four, and Nintendo Switch.

Right on Pineview reservoir, this property is perfect for summer gatherings or winter getaways with your family. For summer fun, the boat ramp is one mile up the road for easy boat launch. You can enjoy paddle boarding, fishing, or playing in the water at nearby beaches. Ride your bike on the miles of paved trails throughout the Ogden Valley, For winter retreats, this cabin is a ski family's dream - 9 minutes from Nordic Valley, 15 minutes from Powder Mountain and 18 minutes to Snowbasin.

This was a perfect location for a family gathering we had. There were 32 of us all ages and we just really enjoyed the property. Some of us went snowmobiling and others went skiing at Snowbasin so it’s a great location for both of those activities. The host was especially helpful when we had needs come up during our stay. We would highly recommend it and plan to book again.

Our Family Reunion at the Snowberry Inn was fantastic! There are 9 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and most with multiple beds. Everyone agreed the beds are SO comfortable. The ‘family room’ upstairs is amazing with lots of comfy seating, blankets, and a great television.

Girls Weekend trip

We needed a fun girls' trip, and this cabin was the perfect place to go! It’s beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Since it used to be an inn, we each had our own bathrooms, which was such a bonus! The cabin has modern updates, comfy beds, and charging stations in every room.The kitchen had plenty of seating, a large island for meal prep, and a huge Sub-Zero fridge/freezer—great for groups. The spacious family room upstairs was perfect for playing games, watching movies or just hanging out all together. The pickleball court was a big hit too! We loved sitting on the peaceful porch in the mornings and evenings—it was incredibly relaxing.The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is ideal—close to Pineview Reservoir for lake days and paved biking trails that take you through charming nearby towns. The outdoor gas fireplace was great for making s’mores without the smoky smell, and the starry skies at night were gorgeous.They’ve made great use of the space. Even with a large group, it never felt crowded. There’s room to spread out. The bunkroom would be a perfect place for cousins or kids to hang out. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Ice Fishing Weekend

We plan an annual ice fishing trip every year and this year we decided to try Pineview Reservoir. We found this awesome cabin that used to be a bed and breakfast. Having a bathroom attached to every room was a definite plus. The kitchen was recently updated and was great for cooking and preparing most of our meals. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen and on the adjacent deck. We actually sat outside and soaked up some sunshine during our lunch break. The location is fantastic if you are looking for activities on the lake. It is also very close to the local restaurants which we tried on Saturday night. Our access point to the ice was only a short 15 minute drive from the cabin. The family room upstairs has a huge television and was a great place to relax and recharge at night. The host let us know beforehand that there might be some dust when we arrived due to a recent remodel. It was all cleaned up by the time we arrived, and we can’t wait to see the newly remodeled bedroom during our next visit. We will definitely book this cabin again when we return to Pineview during the summer for open water fishing.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!

This house is not your ordinary house! It is a delightful combination of cabin and modern. Our family of 18 adults and 16 children stayed here for five days and we didn’t even use all the space that was available!Inside there are numerous sitting nooks with a huge gathering room upstairs where our whole family could be together at one time and not even fill it!The front yard was a great place to play cornhole which was available and there’s plenty of chairs on the porch for those who enjoy watching the game.The Pickleball court was also a huge win for our family!Some of the children brought their bikes and had so much fun with those plus the children’s playground behind the house was a big hit as well.We have never been to a place where there was so much outdoor activity for all ages and for evenings the pool table downstairs or the chairs around the fire ring were great!There is a large black stone grill,as well as a gas grill. LOVED the huge kitchen dining combo with the large commercial side-by-side refrigerator and freezer. It is hard to find a place where all of our family can sit together in the same room to eat, but this dining room did that easily. The whole house is extra ordinary, and besides the space the best thing is that it is very clean! VERY CLEAN! Kim was a great host and very helpful if I had questions. The only thing I wished for was a 5 gallon jug to make our sweet tea(since we are Texans)LOL We loved every minute!There’s also a good grocery store in Eden.

After staying all over the West with our large family, we realized that not all VRBOs were set up for families. We purchased the Snowberry Inn to have a place that would accommodate our large family where there were gathering areas to foster connection, large family suites to offer privacy, and activities to build strong bonds and great memories.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place that was close to the lake for boating, fishing and swimming and and to the mountains where we enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and spending time together.

What makes this property unique

The Snowberry Inn has rooms designed for families with a private bath in each room. We designed a large gathering space with sweeping views of the lake and created a large dining area where everyone could eat together.
