Location is convenient to Cooperstown, NY. House is spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family with children. They were very kind to allow our pets to stay. Communication is good. However, if you are sensitive to odors, beware that water comes from a well and has a strong sulfur smell coming out from the faucets. Also, there is a bit of a fly problem.
