This condo was a dream… on the first floor, right by the pool, and steps to the beach. Perfect for a family with two young children! The location couldn’t be better as well. You don’t have to go into all of the vacation hustle and bustle unless you absolutely want to. Lots of nice restaurants in the area and Baytowne Wharf has plenty to offer. We hope to come back in the future. :)

The condo was nice. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. We did have to sweep and mop when we got there and had to wipe off the cabinets. The back patio was not tidy at all. It had trash under the furniture and the couches smelled of mildew. The location was amazing and had easy access to water. I didn't realize the beach was not a private beach when renting and the beach was so busy and crowded. The host was amazing and was very quick to respond. Checking in was flawless. Also, the condo did have a lot of beach items to use which was amazing!

Location, view, access to beach and pool was fantastic. Communications with host was flawless. Only negative was there was no closet or drawer space. Other than that the week stay was perfect.

The room was super cozy, it had everything we needed plus so much more! When brought our own things for the beach but host had an extra wagon & beach toys & extra beach towels and extra chairs. Our group was large and she made sure to leave extra garbage bags and dishwashing pods which I found so thoughtful cause most of the time I travel I bring that on my own -they never give me enough lol. I had to contact her twice during the trip and she answered immediately. Location of the unit is amazing it's super close to the pool and gate for the beach. The place & host were perfect!!

The condo was perfect. Everything you could ever think of needing was there. The location to the pool and beach was a 1 minute walk. We will definitely stay there again. I give it a 10 out of 10. Also, the host was so easy to deal with..

The beach view was great. The pool is pretty but wasn't heated and in October, that can be tricky. The beach was beautiful and the beach chair service and amenities were right there. Parking was easy and the unit itself is everything the pictures portrayed.

Highly recommend - we loved the condo!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo - it was clean, well organized, and had a fully stocked kitchen. It was also in close proximity to the beach and the pool!
