Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Sending me a pic of the keys is the most important thing! Lost keys cost $250 for the locksmith to replace. Always keep the only key in the lockbox and send me a pic to. 917 558 5100 when you lave.
Please MAKE SURE THAT BOTH AIR CONDITIONERS ARE TURNED OFF. Please turn the AC off every time you leave the house. Thank you.
Take out trash to the bins located VS the wall at the kink in the path outside 111. Please do not strip the beds!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Each guest using the sofa bed will pay a $25 a night linen and utility charge
Please turn off the air-conditioning every time you leave the house. Never unit below 75F. Noting on island will cool below 75.

This was a nice property. Very clean and everything we needed was available at the property. They even had snorkel equipment! The rental was nice and clean it was fun to enjoy the pool in the evenings. Sapphire beach was probably 7-10 minutes walk but worth it if you are going to enjoy the beach.
