East Nashville offers an assortment of hip coffee shops, cocktail bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries, all within walking distance. The Music City Conference Center and Downtown’s live music scene are both a short drive away.

Are you looking for the perfect place to stay in Nashville? The CharmingTudor will not disappoint you. An arched entry and cozy front porch welcome you as you arrive. Open the door and you’ll find yourself in a newly decorated, elegant house with a playful mix of patterns and soft colors, hardwood floors, and original details. The living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook flow seamlessly together making a great place to gather with friends and family. The spacious living room and adjacent dining room is sure to accommodate your friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Enjoy coffee and making plans for a day of sightseeing in the breakfast nook with a view of the backyard. Down the hallway, you’ll discover two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bedroom facing the front porch has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the backyard. Up the stairs, is a large light-filled bedroom with a luxurious king bed and sitting area. The couch converts to a twin bed providing additional sleeping for one. A smaller bedroom with bunk beds adjoins this space and has an attached renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The fully fenced backyard is a relaxing retreat. Enjoy this setting for your perfect family getaway! Fire up the grill and enjoy this great space to dine al fresco and drink cocktails. When it’s time to work, there is a detached private studio with a desk and sitting area.

The Charming Tudor is a short (less than 3 miles) bike, car, bus, or cab ride to Downtown—Music City Conference Center, Titan’s Stadium, The Ryman Auditorium, and Broadway Street. It is centrally located making commute times around Nashville very convenient. Within the neighborhood, you will love being able to walk to local restaurants, Sweet 16th Bakery, and the 5 Points retail and entertainment district.
